Job Description:
Oracle R12 Systems Accountant is required to act as the Functional Team Lead for a global client based in West London, who are currently in the early phases of an R12 implementation as part of a global Finance Systems Improvement Programme. The successful candidate will work alongside the Oracle Applications Team in the translation and alignment of user requirements and functional specifications, ensuring parallels with the system. The candidate will also maintain a continuous improvement mentality, pro-actively evaluating, suggesting and implementing new functionality and business change requests where appropriate. The post-holder will work closely with the project team to assist throughout the full project life-cycle of the R12 implementation.
You will have extensive experience of Oracle Financials (R12), including the development and support of the application. In addition, you will need to have experience and acumen to act as functional lead on complex projects throughout the full life-cycle. You will have a good accountancy background (Ideally Part Qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or above), particularly with experience in Project Accounting. A pro-active mentality with excellent communication and man-management skills are desirable.
