Job Description:
Agresso Support Analyst is required to join an existing finance systems team, tasked with the support of Agresso and wider business systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of 1st and 2nd line support to Agresso users and key business stakeholders. This will include, resolving system errors, providing best practice training to users and delivering general systems administration (adding new users, maintain security etc). Applicants will require Agresso knowledge but this can be limited as the client is prepared to offer the training and development required on the application and its functionality. An excellent opportunity for a support focussed candidate to further their career or for a project focussed accountant with limited Agresso exposure to make a transition in to a finance systems role
