Change Management
We maintain an extensive, globally deployable pool of interviewed and pre-qualified Interim consultants who typically combine line finance experience, with process re-engineering, change management and systems implementation experience gained in project environments.
Often these finance transformation contractors will be qualified accountants who have worked in large corporates in process re-engineering roles or will have developed formal change management and communications expertise working for one of the main Systems Integrators, BPO providers or Consultancies such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Ernst & Young, PWC or KPMG.
Typical Roles:
- Target Operating Model design – shared services, standardised processes, etc
- Business Process Re-engineering, P2P / O2C / R2R / MI / FP&A
- Integration Management – across People, Process & Systems interdependencies
- Change Management incorporating: tasks, activities, job role mapping to process architecture;
- HR co-ordination; communications; redundancy planning & management; etc
- Transition Management: leading/delivering work-streams that plan and manage the controlled transfer of activities from BU functions into SSO’s and BPO partners
- Knowledge Transfer planning, management & delivery
