The Crown Estate (TCE) is the organisation established by Parliament to manage the hereditary estates of the Crown on behalf of the nation. The Crown Estate manages a diverse property portfolio which includes office, retail and industrial premises; housing; farmland, forestry and minerals; parkland; and over half the foreshore and almost all the seabed around the UK. In 2008/09 TCE had selected the Agresso ERP solution. Modules selected were Financials, Logistics, PCB, Workflow, Planner and Excelerator. Given the scope of the initiative The Crown Estate required additional independent external skills and as a result retained SystemsAccountants as a partner to the project. We provided 10 Interim Agresso specialists over a 2 year period, supporting the project to a successful go-live.
