Between June 2009 and August 2009 we were retained to provide a SAP Programme Director, Solution Architect & 3 SAP Consultants to deliver the process architecture, and solution design ahead of an SAP ECC6 business process improvement programme. During Autumn 2010, we mobilised a further team of 5 contractors to initiate the programme. We worked with the client to define a roles and responsibilities document, and executed a structured recruitment campaign; delivering resource to set timelines and agreed rates.
