Finance Systems & ERP
Our Finance Systems & ERP Practice is the most established service line of SystemsAccountants. We are the UK's leading niche recruiter of contract and permanent financial systems professionals with skills in Agresso, CODA, Microsoft Dynamics, Cedar and SunSystems. Our ERP team, through formal applications and projects training, and practical experience maintains a deep knowledge of the ERP applications marketplace, specifically, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards. BPM - Financial Reporting Systems, Business Intelligence and MI
Our BPM team recruits permanent and interim resource aimed at the implementation and support of reporting applications and processes. These range from financial consolidation systems, budgeting & planning tools through to BI & Data Warehouse systems. We are able to supply resource with expertise in the mainstream reporting applications such as:

Transformation - Process & Organisational Change
Our Transformation Practice focuses on the provision of specialist permanent and interim candidates with expertise in the delivery of Finance Transformation initiatives such as the implementation of Finance Shared Service Centres, ERP harmonisation, Process Improvement and BPO governance.
To support our clients' larger scale initiatives we have developed a unique Programme Delivery resourcing service focused on the assembly of teams of ERP and transformation specialists under service levels designed to accelerate resource provision to project environments rather than business-as-usual situations.
Our own account managers have developed a unique and expert appreciation of the finance transformation roadmap and in turn the resource needs of complex finance change initiatives; each having sourced and account managed teams of up to 30 interim consultants on at least 2 full lifecycle transformation programmes; incorporating shared services setup, ERP implementation and off-shoring. As a consequence we are able to readily access typically "hard-to-find" consultants to deliver assignments such as:

- SystemsAccountants Limited was formed in 1997 by the current Chief Executive Officer, James Bradshaw.
- It remains an independent company which has maintained double digit growth since inception. Sales in FY07 topped £11.5m. Net Fee Income is forecast to grow by 20% to £2.7m in FY08.
- The company currently operates out of a new Headquarters building in Market Harborough in the UK Midlands and has offices in the City of London and Switzerland. Further offices are planned to be rolled out in Europe, AsiaPac & the US during 2008 to 2010.
- A team of 20 Recruitment Professionals serve our world class client base, of which the average tenure is 4 years. The Board of Directors is led by James Bradshaw as CEO, who is supported by Dean Turner, Deputy Managing Director, and Allister Kitchen, Operations Director.
- SystemsAccountants currently has over 120 Interim Consultants & Contractors engaged on live assignments throughout the UK & Europe.
- We have built and maintain a globally deployable network of over 12,000 finance systems & transformation candidates, of which over 4,000 have been interviewed in person. Many have worked on assignment for SystemsAccountants.
- We also have over 4000 subscribers to our web-based JobStream assignment notification system.
- To date the company has undertaken recruitment assignments for clients throughout Europe, the US, Asia Pac & the Middle East.
